15th Annual Founders Day
When: Sunday, November 7, 2010
Time: noon – 5:00pm
Where: Founders Park Bayside, 3105 NE 190th St Aventura FL 33180 (across the street from Founders Park)
Enjoy a variety of activities including:
- arts and crafts
- airbrush tattoos
- face painting
- rock climbing walls
- Toddler Town play area
- puppet shows
- mobile arcade
- Aventura History and Highlights slideshow
- 8′ LCD TV to watch the Miami Dolphins game
Come watch the 8th Annual Aventura Star Talent Competition finals and see who will be the next Aventura Star! In addition, be sure to catch What’s the Deal game show and music by Jimmy Stowe and the Castaways, a Jimmy Buffet tribute band.
Celebrate Founders Day with the entire family.
Parking and Shuttles will be available at the Harbour Centre beginning at 11:30am. The Aventura Express will operate from 11:30am – 5:30pm.

Aventura STAR – Aventura’s Talent Competition
Open auditions for the next Aventura STAR will be held on the following dates:
- Sunday, September 26, 2010 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm
- Saturday, October 16, 2010 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm
- Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 5:30pm – 7:30pm
Audition Location: Community Recreation Center at 3375 NE 188th St, Aventura FL 33180
- auditions are for Aventura Residents Only
- groups are limited to 5 contestants
- proof of residency is required for all participants
