Yes, that’s right a dockominium. Many people think it’s a word I made up. Wickipedia describes a dockominium as the water-based version of a condominium; rather than owning an apartment in a building, one owns a boat slip on the water. The Waterways Marina is a dockominium. Just like a condominium owner’s pay a monthly maintenance fee which in this case includes:

Since The Waterways Marina is located adjacent to The Waterways Shoppes. It’s a perfect location to dock your boat then have a meal in one of the many restaurants.

If you are already a resident of The Waterways this is a great way to dock your boat right in your backyard. If you are not a resident of The Waterways then consider purchasing a boat slip in this fantastic location. Very soon you will want a condominium as well.
