Top 6 Reasons Properties Don’t Sell

Ilyce Glink, Tribune Media Services columnist, has a theory:

• lousy pictures
• priced too high
• blah interior and landscaping
• little online marketing
• low commissions
• poor or lack of maintenance (stains on ceiling, leaky faucets, etc.)

I agree with Ilyce.  It takes a excellent real estate broker and a Seller willing to put in a little extra effort to make their property stand out.

   Yes. If one has decided to sell the home they must have to take precuation. this 6 reason mentioned by you always checking by the buyers. so, If any Home seller really want to sell their home with a big profit they need to check the market value also.
