Great American Bake Sale
The event, presented by Share Our Strength , will be Sunday, May 24, 2009, 12:00pm – 4:00pm at the Center Court of the Aventura Mall. The 5th Annual Great American Bake Sale is a benefit to help end childhood hunger.
Participating vendors include:
- Chef Allen’s
- Cookies by Shar
- Nespresso
- We Take the Cake
- 1 Bleu at The Regent Bal Harbour
- Ocean Prime
- Johnny Rockets
- Jennifer’s Homemade
- Alisa’s Painted Bistro
- Whole Foods
Tickets are $1 each or $10 for 13. Bake sale items will be selling for $2 – $5.
Proceeds will be distributed to local organizations that feed children and assure them access to good nutrition.
Since 2003, more than $4 million has been raised at Share Our Strength bake sales across the country.
